Marta Perelló serves as BlueFloat Energy’s General Counsel. She is a commercial and projects lawyer, with more than 10 years of experience, across a variety of sectors, including renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
Marta is responsible for all BlueFloat Energy’s legal issues, including M&A, transaction structuring, contract drafting, corporate governance & compliance.
Prior joining BlueFloat Energy, Marta was Corporate Legal Counsel at Gonvarri Industries and supported the company in solar PV projects, road safety activities and material handling services. She previously served as in-house Legal Counsel at Indra, a leading global technology and consulting company. Having worked on projects in several jurisdictions, Marta has developed strong skills in managing negotiations of large-scale contracts and an in-depth understanding of development risks. Marta started her legal career in Eversheds and Bufete Barrilero law firms, where she initially specialized in commercial litigation matters.
Marta is a member of the Madrid Bar Association – Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid. She holds a Bachelor Law Degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain), a Master’s degree in International Trade Law and Commercial Law from UNED and UPV/EHU (Spain) and completed European Competition Law Master Course from Maastricht University (Netherlands).
