Reporting to the Treasury Manager, Jorge serves as a Junior Treasury Analyst at BlueFloat Energy. In this role, Jorge supports the treasury team in managing cash flow, bank reconciliations, and liquidity forecasting, while also assisting with various treasury-related tasks. He is also involved in process improvement initiatives through ERP systems and automation, aiming to enhance efficiency in treasury operations.
Prior to joining BlueFloat Energy, Jorge completed an internship as a Financial Analyst at Abbott, where he was responsible for financial reporting, budget analysis, and supporting the finance team in decision-making processes.
Jorge holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from York University in Toronto, Canada.
