As our HR Administrator, Joaquín plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR System, Lucca, supporting various operational aspects essential to our organization’s success. He actively contributes to diverse HR projects, including the implementation of our performance management program and the facilitation of external provider sourcing initiatives.
Known for his approachable demeanor, Joaquín serves as the primary liaison for employee inquiries, offering timely assistance and solutions while fostering a culture of support and transparency within the team. In addition to his role as the go-to resource for HR-related matters, Joaquín provides valuable support to our payroll operations and oversees the seamless onboarding process for new team members.
Through his dedication and collaborative spirit, Joaquín plays an integral part in enhancing our workplace environment and ensuring the success of our employees at every stage of their journey with us.
Prior to joining BlueFloat Energy, Joaquín worked at TMF Group in the service sector as a Payroll and HR Officer, where he played a vital part in assisting global clients in expanding their operations in Spain, handling different accounts, and helping them in complying with Spanish Labour Law. Previously, he also worked at Cencora, a pharmaceutical company.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from Universidad Nacional de La Plata, Argentina, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labour Relationships from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
