As HR and Payroll Manager at BlueFloat Energy, Angie is responsible for managing all the aspects of the payroll function within the Human Resources department, seeking continuous improvement of processes and controls, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Angie brings to the company 12 years of work experience gained initially in the legal field as a practising lawyer and subsequent specialization in the field of Human Resources in both national and international companies.
Prior to joining BlueFloat Energy, Angie worked as an HR administration and payroll specialist at an American multinational retail company, performing management, payroll and legal activities for Spain and Portugal employees. She was also involved in the implementation of time and attendance management software (Kronos) to facilitate employee time tracking and payroll management. Previously she worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a Human Resources consultancy firm specialising in the IT sector.
In the legal field, she worked for seven years as a lawyer specialising in civil, labour, tax and family law.
Angie holds a degree in Law (University of Valencia). She has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management (EAE Online Business School and University of Barcelona), and she also has recently completed an advanced course in Talent Management and Digital Skills (Deusto Formación and Universidad Internacional de Valencia).
