As Talent Acquisition Analyst at BlueFloat Energy, Ana focuses on designing and implementing effective recruitment processes to address BlueFloat Energy´s talent needs ensuring alignment with candidates´ aspirations and potential. Ana is in charge of building up and maintaining an up-to-date talent pool and implementing state-of-the art recruitment practices.

Ana is an international recruiter with over 2 years of professional experience. Before joining BlueFloat Energy, she worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at GT Global Talent, specializing in connecting candidates with opportunities in infrastructure, energy, and sustainability areas. She was responsible for  devising effective talent acquisition strategies for challenging roles, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Ana holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Zagreb. Her coursework included Human Resources Management, Psychology of Organizational Behaviour and Psychology of Management, providing her with a deep understanding of the intricacies of human dynamics within organizational settings.
