Government & Regulatory Affairs Associate

As Government & Regulatory Affairs Associate, Clara is responsible for monitoring pivotal legislative, policy, and regulatory developments linked to offshore wind and conducting in-depth analyses to assess their implications for our global project portfolio. Clara actively assists the Head of Government and Regulatory Affairs in advocacy initiatives and engagement with policy makers and regulatory bodies. This includes the drafting of responses to public consultations and inquiries, as well as identifying potential risks and opportunities that could impact BlueFloat Energy’s activities from a regulatory and political standpoint. 

Prior to joining BlueFloat Energy, Clara worked as a Research Associate for three years at Third Bridge, a primary research firm based in London. In her role, she contributed to the production of high-quality, unfiltered expert interviews to provide the investment community with critical insights across multiple sectors, enabling them to make smarter and faster investment decisions.

 

Clara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom. She also holds a Master’s degree in European Economic Governance: Politics, Law & Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (Spain).
