Technical Project Manager

As Technical Project Manager at BlueFloat Energy, Alejandro Cabrerizo ensures technical coordination between our in-country teams and the corporate team. He is responsible for ensuring the technical project development strategy is aligned with the corporate approach and providing any support the country teams need to develop key deliverables and advance projects. Alejandro is focused on supporting the Americas.

Alejandro brings more than 8 years of professional experience in major infrastructure projects, having held roles in engineering, construction, and business development.

He was involved in the design and construction of ports, airports, bridges, water treatment plants, iconic buildings and floating solar power plants in Latin America, Oceania, and Europe. Examples of this are SIMA Callao Shipyard and Nanay Bridge in Peru, Brisbane International Cruise Terminal and Sunshine Coast Airport in Australia, Bayfair to Baypark Link and Metro Sport Facility in New Zealand, and a floating solar power plant in Evora, Portugal.

Alejandro holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Granada (UGR), a Master’s degree in Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering from CEDEX, and a Master’s degree in Marine Renewable Energies Harnessing from the Polytechnical University of Madrid (UPM).
