As Investment Associate, Brandon is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, strategic initiatives and projects’ economics via the creation, development and update of financial models to support key decisions regarding projects in development, strategic decisions on market and corporate development initiatives, and the evaluation of acquisitions/divestments and partnerships.

Brandon has three years of experience working in the financial sector, with a focus on renewable power and offshore wind. Prior to joining BlueFloat Energy, Brandon worked in the Energy Transition practice at FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance division in London. With a particular focus on offshore wind developers and investors, Brandon has advised on several strategic and financial mandates in various jurisdictions around the world. These included advising a winning bidder in the Californian floating offshore wind auction in mid-2022, acquisition of an offshore wind farm in Germany, and several market entry studies for emerging offshore wind markets. Apart from the assignments in the energy industry, Brandon has also worked on international arbitration cases, helping major companies and leading law firms in various countries across the world tackle complex contentious issues.

Brandon is a trained financial analyst, with a BSc (Economics) from University College London. He has also passed his CFA Level 3 examination and is progressing towards a full chartership.
