As Procurement Manager, Kevin is responsible for BlueFloat Energy procurement activity in Taiwan, leading overall strategy to deliver cost effective solutions through sourcing projects and supplier development programs. Kevin manages the commercial activities and relationships with the suppliers, including negotiation of relevant contracts/agreements, develop strong external relationships with suppliers and vendors, government bodies (local and national), communities, industry associations, advocacy groups, and non-governmental organizations
Kevin has been working in renewable industry for 3 years.
Prior to joining BlueFloat Energy, Kevin worked in VENA Energy Taiwan to develop the Changhua Fangyuan 8MWp and Tainan Yanshuei 42MWp solar projects. He served as Project Manager and Procurement Assistant Manager where he was responsible for executing the EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) activities for both projects. Prior to this, he worked for Advance Auto Part supervising the warehouse operation in Shanghai (48,000 sqm with more than 200 workers).
Kevin holds a MSc in logistics and supply chain management from Warwick University (UK) and BA in industrial management from National Cheng-Kung University (Taiwan).
